Learn English in Brighton

Take an English course in Brighton, the attractive seaside city with a young, lively atmosphere.

The city of Brighton is a popular weekend escape for locals and visitors alike, being only one hour away from London by train. Here you will find an enchanting mix of traditional British seaside town, with its pier full of amusements and fish and chip shops, and trendy, bohemian city full of quirky shops and known for its fantastic nightlife and huge gay scene. Brighton’s unique personality was perhaps born when the Prince Regent built his palace, the Royal Pavilion, here in the nineteenth-century. This iconic building is characterized by its exotic architecture and outlandish interior designs.

Brighton is also famous in the UK for its left-wing and ecologically minded politics, having, in 2010, been the first UK city to elect a Member of Parliament from the Green party, a political group formed on the basis of environmentalism and political ecology.

Wander through the Lanes to see the different sides of Brighton's character, here you will find quaint spots for afternoon tea and antique shops next to vintage fashion boutiques and trendy art galleries. At the beach you can enjoy an ice cream or some candy floss before hopping on the carousel or having a go at some arcade games.
